Michael Budai
About Me
My name is Michael Budai I attended University of Greenwich. I achieved a 1st Class Honours BsC In Games and Multimedia Technologies. I am currently a 1st Line IT support engineer for Metro Bank.
My passion for games started when I was 6 years old and since then have pursue to learn how games are created. I have also been heavily influenced by films such as Toy Story and The Matrix.
I am currently looking for open position within the games industry. I am a dedicated and hard working individual. I am willing to learn more skills and gain more experience from industry professionals.
Throughout my year as a 1st Line IT support Engineer I have gained experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem solving until a issue has been resolved. I have been responsible for maintaining the Metro bank IT systems during days and nights.
As a university graduate I have learnt essential skills in multimedia and games technologies. These skills include 3D modelling and 3D sculpting using 3DsMax and Mudbox. I have created 2D concept art work, 2D game assets and texturing in Photoshop and have created animations using 3DsMax.
I have worked on Unity game engine to create recreations of environments and have developed indie games such as Ammo Valley and Interceptis. I have also worked on virtual reality project creating immersive environments using the Leap Motion and Oculus Rift.
